Wagmore Policies

All dogs must be 6 months and older, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations.
BOARDING REQUIREMENTS:
  • We require your pets’ vaccinations to be up to date and on file before booking.
  • Your furry friend must be Neutered/Spayed!
  • All dogs must arrive with a leash for departure or in case of emergencies.
  • Non-holiday bookings require a one-night rate deposit; Paid at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. This can be paid via Card On File, or through our email confirmations.
  • Holiday bookings will require 50% of the total booking fees to be paid at least 24 to 48 hours in advance; Once again this can be paid via Card On File, or through email confirmations. If your pup has not been previously evaluated the deposit is non-refundable!
  • For new clients, the evaluation will be done on the first day/night of boarding.
CANCELLATION FOR BOARDING:
  • Any cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours we will credit your deposit towards your next booking.
  • Canceling within 24 hours will result in no refund.
  • Dogs picked-up earlier than confirmed booking will not be eligible for a refund or credit unless we are notified 48 hours in advance.
DAYCARE REQUIREMENTS:
  • We require your pets’ vaccinations to be up to date and on file before booking. No bookings will be made without current vaccinations.
  • Your pup must be Neutered/Spayed prior to the initial evaluation day.
  • All dogs must arrive with a leash for departure or in case of emergencies.
  • Dogs not picked up by business close or day will incur boarding and feed charges in addition to the daycare charge
CANCELLATION FOR DAYCARE:
  • Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance will not be penalized.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the daily daycare fee.
NO CALL NO SHOW:
  • For any client that does not call within 24 hours of the booking date they have booked we will add them to the no-call no-show list.
  • You will only be able to have 5 no-call no-show bookings on file before you will not be able to book through us anymore.
  • We will be charging you the rate at which you booked even if you are not present.
  • You are responsible for your bookings we will not call you if you do not show.
Payment:
  • Payment for all services must be made before arrival via email confirmation or upon arrival. Wagmore does not bill.
  • We accept cash or credit cards.
Vaccinations:
  • We require Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. All dogs that have NOT lived in Vermont for the last 8 months are required to have Canine Influenza
